Networking & Professional Events

Thank you for your interest in sharing your networking and professional events with the UWaterloo community.  Upon review of the information provided in this form, your event will be posted on our Networking and Professional Events calendar for students and alumni.
   

Note that any events submitted or updated with less than five business days lead time (to registration closing/to the event date) will be posted or updated on a best-efforts basis. 

UWaterloo does not provide administrative/logistical support (for example, collecting registrations) nor e-mail promotions for these events.  If you represent an employer organization and you are looking for UWaterloo support for your event, you may be interested in hosting an Employer Information Session with us (fee associated). 

Before starting this form, please ensure you have the following information at hand.  Should you get logged out or disconnected, the information will not be retained. 

• Your email address, name, phone number, organization name 
• A contact email that potential attendees can reach out to for questions (optional) 
• The name and email address of your usual contact at UW (if applicable) 
• A brief description of the event, and if applicable which student/alumni groups it is geared towards 
• Details about your event including date, time, instructions to register and a registration/ event link, and the registration cut-off date/time (if applicable) 
• If you are hosting a series of events, please have this same information ready for all events in the series (up to 8 events at a time)
