Welcome to the 37th Annual Symposium on Chemical Physics at the University of Waterloo

As usual, contributed papers will be a key component of the program. A limited number of them can be presented orally, although most will be part of a poster session, to be held in a relaxed atmosphere with appropriate refreshments available. We very much hope to have a substantial degree of participation by graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.

REGISTRATION
For participants to appear in the printed conference program they must register by Friday, October 13, 2023. We encourage participants to register early to take advantage of the early bird discounts (early registration ends Friday, September 29, 2023).

Early Registration concludes Friday, September 29, 2023:
Faculty/Senior Scientist Registration Fee - $250.00 + 13% HST = $282.50 CAD
Student & Postdoctoral Registration Fee - $150.00 + 13% = $169.50 CAD

Regular Registration as of Saturday, September 30, 2023:
Industry & Faculty Registration Fee - $280.00 + 13% = $316.40 CAD
Postdoctoral & Student Registration Fee - $180.00 + 13% = $203.40 CAD

Cancellation Policy:

General Registration cancellations less a $35.00 administration fee will be accepted until Friday, October 20, 2023.  No shows are responsible for payment in full and no refunds will be made as of Saturday, October 21, 2023.
