GOOD TO KNOW:
- All fees are in Canadian $ and subject to 13% HST.
- Early, Regular, and Late Registrations and their associated fees are time-limited.
- Space is limited. Registrations will close when the conference facility is at capacity.
- Partner Registrations are available for a spouse or partner accompanying a Full or One-day Registration.
- One-day Registrations are available as of Monday, April 8, 2024, space permitting.
- Extra Awards Banquet tickets (Thursday evening) may be purchased.
- “FULL” conference registration indicates registration for the full conference, from the Wednesday evening reception until the closing lunch on Friday, including all sessions, refreshment breaks, meals, and Awards Banquet.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Registration is managed by the University of Waterloo. Payments are processed by Moneris on behalf of the University of Waterloo and will appear on your credit-card statement as University of Waterloo - Catering & Event Services. Once you have made your payment, agreed to the cancellation policy and selected Next on the Check Out Summary, you are registered and a confirmation email with receipt will be automatically emailed to you.
Cancellation Policy:
General registration less a $50.00 CAD administration fee will be accepted until Friday, May 3, 2024. No shows are responsible for payment in full and no refunds will be made as of Saturday, May 4, 2024.
