Summer Accommodations - Long Term Reservations

Welcome to Summer Accommodations here at the University of Waterloo!  

Our 2024 long term rates (over 30 days) are available from May 3 to August 25, 2024.

Please note that MKW is now sold out between May 22 to 26, 2024 so long term reservations start on Sunday, May 26, 2024.

Mackenzie King Village:

• $1,200/month single occupancy for a 1-Bedroom Suite (limited inventory available between May 3 and August 18, 2024)
• $1,625/month for a 2-bedroom apartment  (third & fourth bedroom will be locked)
• $2,450/month for a 3-bedroom apartment (fourth bedroom will be locked)
• $3,260/month for a 4-bedroom apartment

Ron Eydt Village:

• $1,125/month single/double occupancy for a Double Room

*All rates include free WiFi, parking for one vehicle, linens and towels upon check-in and weekly linen/towel exchange.
