Summer Accommodations - Long Term Reservations (2025)

Welcome to Summer Accommodations here at the University of Waterloo!  

Our 2025 long term rates (over 30 days) are available from May 5 to August 23, 2025.

Mackenzie King Village:(MKV Long term Booking 2025 SOLD OUT)

• $1,800/month for a 2-bedroom apartment  (third & fourth bedroom will be locked)
• $2,700/month for a 3-bedroom apartment (fourth bedroom will be locked)
• $3,600/month for a 4-bedroom apartment

Ron Eydt Village:

• $1,200/month single/double occupancy for a Double Room

*All rates include free WiFi, parking for one vehicle, linens and towels upon check-in and weekly linen/towel exchange.
