Register now to host an Employer Information Session (EIS) and gain direct access to Waterloo students, the future-ready talent you need!
Our termly recruitment sessions offer both in-person and virtual options for your convenience. Each session costs $350 (plus application taxes) to host. This cost includes the venue, audio-visual and tech support, on-campus promotions and a dedicated service team to support you every step of the way. Payment must be made by credit card only upon submitting this form.
There are 100 sessions available to book on a first-come, first-serve basis between September4 and November 18 2025.
- In-person sessions: Sessions take place on campus in the William M. Tatham Centre (TC).
- Virtual sessions: Sessions take place on Microsoft Teams or a digital platform of your choice.
You have the option to host an in-person or virtual session in the time slots below:
- 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (ET)
- 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (ET)
- 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. (ET)
