Our termly recruitment sessions offer both in-person and virtual options for your convenience.

We’re excited to offer early-bird pricing to employers who book their information session by March 25, 2026. Don’t miss this opportunity to secure your preferred date and time at a reduced cost of $300 (plus applicable taxes). Employer information sessions booked on or after March 26, 2026 – July 8, 2026, cost our standard $350 rate (plus applicable taxes) to host.

Secure your EIS booking early — availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. EIS can be hosted between May 12, 2026 and July 22, 2026, with registration closing on July 8, 2026, as we require 10 business days’ notice to host your EIS. If spaces fill up, we’d be happy to add you to our waiting list.
- In-person sessions: Sessions take place on campus in the William M. Tatham Centre (TC)
- Virtual sessions: Sessions take place on Microsoft Teams or a digital platform of your choice

- 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (ET)
- 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (ET)
- 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. (ET)
